Falling Down

"D-Fens" Foster, William's estranged ex-husband, wife's is attempting to visit his daughter on the day of her birthday. Leaving his car in a traffic congestion in Los Angeles, he decides to go for a walk. A Korean owner refuses to give him change for a phone call, which sends Foster over the edge of despair. Angry with the problems in society that Foster sees, he begins to lash out psychotically and brutally.
