This film is about two big-boned, incompetent cops who get sucked into a drug trafficking investigation. After being shot in the head during an A-level assignment, "J" (Zhang Wen) was left with hypothalamic damage. Despite the fact that J gained 300 pounds and developed acute narcolepsy while undergoing rehabilitation, he still viewed himself as an ace agent.
