Colin, a young American entrepreneur with big plans, has struck a deal with a wealthy Arab sheikh who is also a huge fan of pigeons. Despite the sheikh's numerous attempts, the owner of a prize pigeon refuses to accept his offer. Colin offers the Sheikh a deal: if he can persuade the owner of the champion pigeon to sell the bird, the Sheikh will agree to do business with Colin's firm. A difficult task is revealed to be even more difficult when Colin meets the gruff pigeon owner Jos and the grinning granddaughter of the pigeon's owner, Isabella.
