Pulling his partner Allison (Jennifer Seward) into the speedy of his passions, Trent (Kyle Dyck) is seriously on the run from contracted hitmen Henry (Brian Paulette) and also Tim (Davis DeRock) as he slips into the deep, desolate backroads that criss-cross the empty rolling plains. Along the road Trent comes across Ben (Jeffrey Staab), a nomadic drifter that now calls these roadways "residence," along-side his spouse Michelle (Christie Courville) as they roam in the vast openness that is the Flint Hills.
