Four Flies on Grey Velvet

There are weird phone calls and someone who looks like a stranger is following Roberto, the drummer for the band, all the time. One night, he manages to catch up with his persecutor. He tries to get him to talk, but he accidentally stabs him in the process. He runs away, but the next day he gets an envelope with photos of him killing the man. He knows that his problems are just beginning. Someone is killing all of his friends and trying to make it look like he did it.
