Baron Frankenstein is the director of the crazy asylum where Dr. Simon Helder is being held for crimes against humanity, and he immediately recognizes him. Using Helder's medical skills, Frankenstein has been working on a long-term project. He's constructing a human being out of numerous inmates' essential organs. In order to secure the best specimens for his most ambitious endeavor yet, the Baron will resort to killing them.
