When Lacy was born, Hope was close to her mother. However, since her divorce from her husband, Hope has been worried about Lacy, who is having a hard time dealing with the changes that have come after. So when Lacy brings home a new friend, Cassie, who recently had her parents split up, Hope is excited. Soon, Lacy and Cassie become the best of friends.
