Get Out Your Handkerchiefs
Solange is depressed: she has lost her smile, she eats less, and she speaks less. She suffers from fainting fits. Raoul attempts to rescue her by enlisting a stranger, Stephane, as her boyfriend. Despite the fact that he listens to Mozart and keeps each Pocket Book in alphabetical order, Stephane is unable to encourage Solange. She is a knitter. She is responsible for household chores. Everyone, including their vegetable vendor neighbor, believes that she needs a kid, but she is unable to conceive through either boyfriend. The three accept a job as summer camp counselors at a local factory, where they meet Christian, the brilliant 13-year-old son of the factory manager. Christian is the one who reintroduces laughter to Solange.
