Dr. Lauren Slaughter, a research fellow at London's Arab-Anglo Institute, is absolutely dissatisfied with her job. To augment her income, she begins moonlighting at the Jasmine Escort Service, where she has greater influence over men and money than she does at the office. Lauren meets Lord Bulbeck, a politician who is attempting to mediate a peace agreement between Arabs and Israelis, on one of her 'dates.' Bulbeck develops feelings for his escort, and Lauren unknowingly becomes a pawn in some very dark politics.
