Hell Comes to Frogtown

The story's protagonist is known as "Hell." He's being held captive by the ladies who now rule the United States following a nuclear/biological war. Mutants have evolved as a result of the battle, and the human race is in risk of extinction owing to infertility. Hell is tasked with assisting in the rescue of a bunch of fertile women from the mutant leader's harem (resembling a frog). Hell can't get away since he has a bomb strapped to his private bits that will detonate if he gets too far away from his guard.
