Kyung-chul is a deadly psychopath who commits murders for enjoyment. His victims vary from young women to even children, and he has committed diabolical serial killings in ways that are inconceivably diabolic. The police have pursued him for a long time but have been unsuccessful in capturing him. Joo-yeon, the daughter of a former police chief, is discovered dead and in a horrifying state one day. Soo-hyun, her fiancé and a top secret agent, decides to pursue the murderer himself. He vows himself that he will do all in his power to exact bloody retribution on the murderer, even if it means turning into a monster himself in order to capture this hideous and inhumane murderer.
