In the Shadow of the Moon

Thomas "Locke" Lockhart, a police officer in Philadelphia, begins the hunt for a serial killer whose acts defy scientific explanation in the year1988. Lockhart is eager to further his career and become a detective. Locke's fixation with seeking the truth threatens to destroy his profession, his family, and possibly even his sanity when the murderer inexplicably reappears nine years later.
