Jan Dara: The Finale

According to the story of Jan, a young boy who grows up in a house ruled by his sadistic and debauched father, Luang Wisnan, the film is based on a well-known Thai erotica novel. The story is set in the 1930s and tells the story of Jan, a little boy whose mother dies while giving birth to him and who is despised by his father. In his childhood, Jan lives with his stepmother, Aunt Wad, and attempts to balance his feelings of guilt and need with many women in his life, including a girl named Hyacinth, whom he likes, and later Madame Boonleung, his father's mistress who plays a crucial role in his sexual awakening.
