After being exposed to the suicide bombing of a little girl, a member of an elite paramilitary counterterrorism team suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder and is thus had to go through further training. However, unbeknownst to him, he becomes a pivotal actor in a fight between opposing police divisions as a result of the growing involvement he has with the sister of the girl whose death he witnessed.
