Kickboxer 2 & 3's Sasha Mitchell returns to the ring as David Sloan, battling for his life and for his beautiful wife, who has been taken hostage by the evil world champion, Tong Po. Even though he's been wrongfully imprisoned and left to die in isolation, Sloan is now willing to cooperate with the feds in exchange for access to Tong Po's fortress in Mexico, which is guarded by vicious soldiers and garbed with slave girls. As a last resort, Sloan pairs up with a female fighter in order to enter Po's Tournament of Champions, a brutal competition where the winner takes it all, and for Sloan, that means the world!
