It is about when Prancer injures his foot and Santa's stable hand, John, must find someone to fill in to ensure that Christmas deliveries go off smoothly. After learning that Frankie, the ideal substitute reindeer, is in fact the property of a clever 8-year-old girl and her mother Annie, his goal becomes more difficult to complete.
