During his first feature film, Jason Osder tells the story of the events that led up to and during the 1985 standoff between the extreme African-American group MOVE and Philadelphia police. At least eleven people died when two groups of people got into a violent fight. In Let the Fire Burn, which is based on real-life events in the Wild West, there isn't a way to tell who the heroes are by the color of their hats.
