Margaret spends her nights in Tokyo's glittering maze and her days as a recognized English teacher at a Japanese flight attendant academy. Margaret hunts for meaning in a Japanese dive bar with fellow ex-pats, drinking to remember to forget and lost herself in love hotel encounters with men who satisfy a brief yearning.
