Lucky Trouble
Anyone who claims to be a champion must first and foremost win their competition. Schoolteacher Slava Kolotiloff, originally from the small beach town of "Fingers," arrives in Moscow with the manuscript for his debut novel in hand, and sets out to conquer the capital. Instead, he manages to win the heart of a stunning young lady named Nadia just by chance (Milla Jovovich). The only thing Slava needs to do now, as their wedding approaches, is quit his work and finish up any loose ends in "Fingers" before going to Moscow to begin a new life with his new bride. In the meantime, Nadia must fend off the advances of her ex-boyfriend Danya, who is determined to win her back despite a series of weird events. Back in the large city, however, the wedding must go forward as planned despite the fact that Nadia is unable to flee.
