Lying to Be Perfect

Her co-workers taunt and neglect Nola Devlin (Poppy Montgomery), an unassuming, frumpy magazine editor. If only for a few hours at night, when she is hidden away from prying eyes behind the anonymity of her computer, she is no longer the "reclusive" advice writer Belinda Apple. Nola's friends, fed up with being overworked and overweight, form the "Cinderella Pact," resolving to shed pounds by following the guidance of their "fairy godmother," Apple. Even though Nola has a well-known alter ego, when she is threatened, she has no choice but to follow it. A positive transformation in their lives begins to bloom as the group of friends loses weight together.
