Earthquakes rock Los Angeles, causing panic among the populace and the collapse and folding of buildings. It appears, however, that nothing has happened when a special operations crew flies in to assess the damage. Death is littering the streets, but buildings remain standing and the ground remains intact. Please welcome to MIND BLOWN, a fictionalized account of a covert government program in psychotronic warfare that went horribly wrong.
