My Best Pals

They are the most trusted companions on the planet. Five close friends who were united in everything from the events of May 68 and the Hippie Years to their love for Bernadette. This Bernadette has since moved on to pursue a career as a rock star, but she will be visiting them for a weekend in 15 years' time. Jean-Marie Poire uses this film to paint a portrait of a whole generation, and he does so with a great deal of humor that is delivered by excellent actors.
