When Sadie's (Malone Thomas) boyfriend cancels their holiday plans, she returns to her hometown to spend Christmas with her parents, only to discover that they've sold the family's cherished chocolate shop to a stranger who knows nothing about chocolate. Her father persuades her, albeit reluctantly, that she would be the ideal candidate to teach the new owner everything she knows about chocolate. She learns that not everything has to be perfect when organizing the perfect retirement party for her parents. And then there are those instances when you find love when you least expect it.
