A well-respected brain surgeon, Lewis Cutterman enjoys a happy marriage and two lovely children who are actively involved in the family company. Throughout the community, they serve as role models for other people. In response to a routine visit by a solicitor, the family extends an invitation to dinner; however, the event takes an unexpected turn when the solicitor discovers that he has been poisoned by the family. As soon as the solicitor awakens, he realizes that they would be slowly eaten away from them piece by piece and that the kid's family business is to farm out their internal organs to needy patients.
