Noel
Christmas Eve in New York, and Rose Collins, a lonely divorced publisher, is praying for a miracle to cure the health of her mother, who is being treated for Alzheimers at a hospital. She feels pity for another sufferer and introduces herself to his guest. Meanwhile, Nina Vasquez calls off her engagement to loving fiancé Mike owing to his oppressive jealousy, but misses him. Artie Venzuela, a bartender, is stalking Mike. Jules arranges to spend Christmas Eve in the hospital, the site of his best Christmas as a teenager. Several of these characters' lives intersect with those of others during the night.
