Once Upon a Christmas Miracle

Following a liver transplant, Heather Krueger was told she would have less than six months to live. Her time was running out when a nice stranger, Chris Dempsey, became aware of her predicament and realized he was a great match for her condition. Soon after they met, their friendship blossomed into a passionate love affair between the two of them. Heather and Chris' journey is chronicled over three Christmases, during which Chris' altruistic act results in a Christmas miracle for everyone involved. The story is based on an actual incident.
