One Piece Film: Strong World

Exactly 20 years after escaping Impel Down, the Golden Lion reappears, spreading havoc among the Marines. In his isolation, he devised a plan to bring down the World Government. On his approach to execute the plot, Shiki meets the Straw Hat Pirates and is so fascinated by Nami's meteorology knowledge that he abducts her.
