What exactly is the significance of a single second? Is there a chance that it could be the difference between living and dying? When he is granted the ability to see one second into the future, a loser father who is also a single parent is forced to learn this lesson the hard way. When his ability is discovered, a boxing fan convinces him to use it in the boxing ring so that he may show off his skills. After helping to revitalize Hong Kong's vampire genre as the co-director of Vampire Cleanup Department, Chiu Sin-hang (who is also the lead vocalist of local band ToNick) combines the boxing genre with a reviving dose of fantasy in his thrilling debut directorial effort.
