In an effort to stop a terrorist strike on Washington D.C., an elite squad of Navy SEALs led by Lt. Jake Harris (Scott Adkins) and a junior CIA analyst Zoe Anderson (Ashley Greene) need to fetch a prisoner from a CIA black website island prison. Stress flare as Replacement Website Supervisor Jack Yorke (Ryan Phillippe) declines to release the presumed terrorist based only on Anderson's intel, yet when the base comes under fire by waves of insurgents they should group to finish the mission.
