Opportunity Knocks
Eddie and Lou are two-bit con artists on the run from a loan shark. In the course of their investigation, they find themselves hiding in someone's home, where they learn from an answering machine that (A) their host is out of the country for a month or two, and (B) the housesitter who was supposed to look after the house for the absent host has taken a job in another part of the country. This makes for a fairly neat arrangement for Eddie and Lou...at least until the relatives of the house owner show up to pay them a visit, of course. Eddie immediately assumes the persona of the person claiming to be the owner's housesitter, and the hijinks begin from there on out!
