Manson Law, a well-known stockbroker in Hong Kong, gets involved in a car accident and suffers injuries. An unidentified military surveillance gadget is discovered in the automobile wreck by the police, who are commanded by Inspector Jack Ho. Meanwhile, the wiretapper Joe Szema is revealing his vast plan to take down the Landlord Club, a mysterious financial behemoth that has been a target of his investigations. The fates of these three men become entangled in a cat-and-mouse game that has the potential to bring the entire stock market crashing down.
