In California, an elderly man mourns the loss of his wife and dies the next day. A powerful electric contraption resurrects Eros, Tanna, and the couple's deceased victim, Inspector Clay. To stop humans from constructing the powerful “Solobonite” weapon that would threaten the universe, they intend to conquest Earth. A colonel, a police lieutenant, a commercial pilot, his wife, and a cop strive to stop the aliens from entering Hollywood and Washington DC.
