The story of Nilbog, a little village with a vast story, is told in Plan 9. An invasion is about to start! These aliens, however, have a different plan for the people of Earth than lasers, space ships, and overwhelming power. To resurrect their dead as their own army, with only one aim in mind... the annihilation of mankind! On this Halloween night, only the citizens of the town stand in the way of ultimate dominance. This night will decide the destiny of those who roam the world and thought they were at the top of the food chain, from the police department to those imprisoned in a convenience store and even those fighting to stay alive on the streets.
