Pokémon the Movie White: Victini and Zekrom

It was once called the Kingdom of the People of the Vale, but now it's all that's left is the Sword of the Vale. When Ash, Iris, and Cilan go to Eindoak for a harvest festival, they meet the legendary Pokémon Victini, who wants to pass on its power of victory to someone. Damon, a descendant of the People of the Vale, has arrived in the city. He wants to bring back the kingdom's power with the Sword of the Vale, and Ash and his friends must stop him before he destroys the land with Victini, who is also on his way to the city.
