Robin and the 7 Hoods

The crooked sheriff and Guy Gisborne, a south-side racketeer, take down the kingpin Big Jim in prohibition-era Chicago. Except for Robbo, who controls the north side, everyone follows Guy. Robbo wants to preserve his own zone, even if he's outgunned. Robbo teams up with a pool-playing Indiana man and the director of a boys' orphanage, and when he donates some money to the orphanage, he becomes the town's toast as a Robin Hood-style hoodlum. Meanwhile, Guy plots to get rid of Robbo, and Marian, Big Jim's hitherto unknown daughter, appears and moves from man to man in her effort to take over the entire show. Is Robbo capable of keeping things together?
