Stuck in a tropical area plagued by earthquakes, the stooges are traveling salesmen. When they can't sell fur coats to the natives, they are arrested when they get a telegram telling them to "get rid of present wardrobe." An official thinks they are planning to kill President Ward Robey. A gorgeous revolutionary named Rita helps the guys evade the firing squad and transmit critical blueprints to the revolutionary leader. When they accidentally deliver a rolled-up calendar, they face the firing squad once more, but Rita shows up with the real plans and saves the day.
