Ousai Academy was initially an all-girls secondary school. Because of the decreasing birth rates in recent years, it was exchanged a co-ed school. The initial year male pupils would find themselves bordered by women and sadly, Tsuda Takatoshi is just one of them. What's worse, he obtains reprimanded on his very first day by the pupil council head of state Shino Amakusa, which did not give a great first impression of him. Tsuda also meets the various other pupil council members while getting reprimanded, and also ultimately, he gets late for class. As an apology for ruining his morning, Shino allows him join the trainee council for various of "factors" and also he accepts it, or rather, he's compelled to approve.
