Send Me No Flowers

George Kimball, a hypochondriac, misidentifies a dying man's condition as his own at one of his many clinic appointments and feels he has just two weeks to live. To protect his wife Judy, he does not inform her and attempts to find her a new husband. When he eventually tells her, she quickly realizes he is not dying (at least not immediately), and she believes it is merely a pathetic excuse to conceal an affair. She decides to leave him.
