Shoplifters
Osamu and his kid were on their way out of a store after committing stealing when they came upon a young girl who was standing outside in the bitter cold. Osamu's wife, who at first refused to provide protection for the young woman, changes her mind after learning about the difficulties the girl must endure. Even though the family is impoverished and only makes enough money through petty crime to scrape by, they appear to enjoy a happy life together up to the point where an unanticipated event discloses hidden secrets and puts the relationships that link them to the test.
