Raftaar Singh is always looking to have a good time and avoids taking responsibility. Raftaar's father gets fed up and tells him to travel to Goa and work, where he will learn to take on responsibilities. When he arrives in Goa, he immediately impresses his new boss with his zeal and innovative ideas. Soon after, he is assigned a task and meets Sara Amy Jackson, which marks the beginning of their extraordinary love story. As one amusing event after another unfolds, the result is a fantastic comedy of errors. As soon as he sees her, Raftaar is over over heals in love with her. After realizing that Sara is not who she appears to be and that she has a hidden objective that takes him to Romania, the romance takes a tragic turn.
