Detective Sean Riley is struggling to cope with the murder of his young son and the departure of his wife in a chaotic storm-ravaged New Orleans. Riley is paired with a rookie homicide detective, Will Ganz, to investigate a series of gruesome murders that have sparked a massive gang war in the city.
