A decent-looking boy called Dennis rents an apartment or condo in a couple's home, Kerry and Geoff. At night he roams the streets with a goodie-bag filled with knives seeking victims to skin, regularly followed by the hindering, wobbling addict Heidi who was mutilated by him and also is now seeking revenge. Dennis is drawn in to Kerry and also wants to reveal her the real him.
