The diminutive aircraft Tinny aspires to be a hero, but he does not receive credit in a friendly team of inveterate planes. Despite Captain Ben's prohibition, he sets out one day to rescue people from fire, but his life is endangered, and the captain saves him at the cost of his own. Tinny abandons the team and begins working at mine out of desperation, guilt, and terror. However, the raging fire brings back memories of his youth, and he runs to his friends' rescue fearlessly.
