Jang-bu was an ordinary boy except for his special ability to see everything in slow motion. As his friends teased him about having'monster eyes,' he decided not to go out. Television has been his only companion. Time passes, and now that Jang-bu is an adult, he works at the CCTV control center, which is the best job for him. When he sees people's lives through the lens of a camera, he feels as if he is sharing their everyday lives, which he has never had. Jang-heart bu's opens to the world as a result of his new job, and he begins to make friends outside of the control center. With the help of his dear friends, he regains his sense of self and eventually decides to propose to a girl he has long admired from CCTV...
