Sergeant Thomas Beckett has linked up with death row convict B.J. Cole to carry out a suicide operation in the Balkans. Their target is a renegade general who is suspected of leading ethnic cleansing missions. When Becket discovers that the government is using him as a pawn in a larger goal, however, the dead count rises and the gunfire escalates.
