Charlie MacKenzie meets attractive butcher Harriet Michaels shortly after a horrible split, and he brings her home to meet his parents. Harriet's parents, on the other hand, who are ardent readers of sensational tabloids, eventually think that she is in fact an infamous serial murderer known as "Mrs. X," wanted for a series of weird honeymoon kills. Charlie plans to propose to Harriet, despite his parents' disapproval. However, while on his honeymoon with her, he begins to doubt that they were correct.
