Batman discovers that he has a violent, unruly pre-teen son with Talia al Ghul named Damian Wayne, who is being raised secretly by Ra's al Ghul and the League of Assassins. When Ra's al Ghul appears to die after a battle with Deathstroke, Batman must work to prevent his long-lost son from exacting revenge and guiding him down the righteous path, as well as the opportunity for the pair to truly recognize each other as family.
