A group of teenagers find themselves in possession of "Stay Alive," an ultra-realistic three-dimensional videogame. The game is based on the chilling true story of a 17th century noblewoman who was known as "The Blood Countess." The group of teenagers find themselves in possession of the game after the mysterious and brutal death of an old friend. The gamers are aware that they aren't supposed to have the game, but it doesn't stop them from wanting to play it even though they don't know anything more about it. The children were unable to resist the allure of the macabre game, and so they started playing it. However, they quickly became aware of a disturbing connection: just like the characters in the game, they were being killed off one by one in the exact same manner. The line that separates the game world from the real world is starting to blur, and the teenagers have to figure out a method to fight the nasty and heartless Blood Countess while also attempting to... keep their lives.
