Stones for the Rampart

It is possible to win and still lose. Three young buddies, Alek, Sophy, and Rudy, live under this guiding principle. Scouts, high school grads, and Warsaw high schools broke through September 1939 with their bold ambitions for the future. They have to decide whether to risk all to join the struggle for a free nation or to just survive as adults in these turbulent times. They decide to fight because they were raised in patriotic homes and were influenced by scouting's principles. They train to be soldiers, and despite every near-death experience, they can live full lives.
