Raven Shaddock and his heinous motorcycle gang kidnap rock star Ellen Aim. Ellen's previous lover, soldier-for-hire Tom Cody, is in town on a business trip. Ellen's manager employs Tom to rescue her in an attempt to save his star act. Together with a former soldier, they battle their way across perilous cityscapes, determined to reclaim Ellen.
